La Cité du Vin: total number of visitors 2017-2022
The museum La Cité du Vin, located in the French commune of Bordeaux, opened its doors in June 2016. In the three years after its inauguration, the institution received more than 400 thousand visitors annually. However, this number was significantly lower in 2020 and 2021 due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In the following year, there was a strong recovery, with visitors to this famous wine center climbing to over 390 thousand.
