Prime high street retail yields in Czechia 2020-2022, by location
The prime retail yields of high street shops in Czechia increased in the observed period. While they reached five percent in Prague's Pařížská high street, in Brno's Freedom Square they were 6.5 percent, both in the third quarter of 2022.
