Average maintenance costs of segment B cars in 2018, by category
In 2018, it cost on average 2,422.25 euros a year to keep a segment B car in Italy. About 1.8 thousand euros were spent on fuel, while the average costs for car insurance amounted to 458 euros. This was roughly 20 euros more than the insurance costs for segment A cars.
