This statistic shows the result of a survey on the share of people not using digital methods to book healthcare services in Italy in 2018, by reason. In most of the cases the lack of use of technology to pay for health care services was not determined by external factors as, for instance, only 19 percent of respondents stated that digital methods were not available for this kind of function. On the contrary, more than one third of respondents made the decision of avoiding digital payment, because they did not retain it reliable. In addition, 30 percent of interviewees stated they were not able to pay for healthcare services digitally.
