This statistic shows the cost of prime office rents in major cities in Turkey as of June 2022, in euros per square meter per year. As of June 2022, the Levent area in Istanbul was the most expensive location with 258 euros per square meter. This was followed by the Asian side of the Istanbul which amounted to 179 euros per square meter per year.
