Consumer expectations regarding the engine type of their next vehicle in Germany 2018
This statistic shows the engine types that German consumers would expect and prefer to have in the next vehicle that they purchase. While two thirds of German consumers expect their next vehicle to burn gasoline or diesel, nearly one quarter of respondents anticipated buying a hybrid electric vehicle when next buying a car.
