Italy: survey on perceived impact of glass recycling contamination 2017

The statistic shows the perceived impact of recycling glass incorrectly in Italy in 2017. According to data, over 55 percent of respondents believed that incorrectly recycling items as glass waste meant that waste processing companies had to spend additional time to remove the improper items. By contrast, only five percent of respondents thought that recycling contamination had no impact on the following recycling phases.
