Netherlands: opinions on acceptance of homosexuality 2018

The statistic displays the results of a survey of opinions on the acceptance of homosexuality in the Netherlands in 2018. Survey participants were asked whether they considered the acceptance of homosexuality in the Netherlands to be good or not good. The survey results show a disparity between the opinions of all survey participants and LGBTQ+ participants. Amongst all survey participants, the share of respondents who expressed a negative opinion regarding the acceptance of homosexuality in the Netherlands was 27 percent, whereas among LGBTQ+ participants, this figure rose to 40 percent.
