RTL Group is a digital media group which was founded in 2000 and is based in Luxembourg. Though the RTL Group itself was founded approximately 20 years ago, the beginnings of the RTL Group date back to the first airing of Radio Luxembourg in 1924. Today, RTL Group operates TV and radio channels across Europe and is a global leader in television content production.
