This statistic shows the rate of any allergy among children in the U.S. in 2016, by age and gender. In that year, around 26 percent of boys and 23 percent of girls aged 0 to 2 years had an allergy. In comparison, 13 percent of boys and 15 percent of girls aged 14 to 18 years had an allergy.
