Value of money supply M2 in Austria 2016-2020
The statistic shows the development of the money supply M2 in Austria from January 2016 to April 2020. The money supply is the amount of monetary assets available in an economy. M2, called the "intermediate money" is the sum of M1 (currency in circulation and overnight deposits), deposits with maturity of maximum two years and deposits redeemable at notice of maximum three months. The value of money supply M2 in Austria amounted to almost 12.9 trillion euros as of April 2020.
