This statistic displays the results of a survey conducted in Finland regarding women's requests for a pay raise within the last five years in selected years from 1998 to 2017. During the period under survey, the share of full-time employed women suggesting a pay raise to their employer increased until 2008, and decreased thereafter. In 2017, 37 percent of the respondents had asked for a raise within the last five years.
