Between November 2022 and November 2023, nearly 14.9 million people in England identifying as male did 150 or more minutes of physical exercise per week, with the figure for those identifying as female amounting to around 14.43 million. Both represented a slight increase on the previous survey period. Meanwhile, activity levels among people not identifying as either male or female stayed about the same.
