Results of an October 2020 survey shows that the average expected spend per person during Black Friday in selected countries in Europe was decreased in 2020 compared to the previous year. Biggest drop in average expected spending per person was recorded in Spain as consumers stated they are planning to spend 195 euros per person, which is 65 euros less than 2019. Danish consumers had the lead in the group with an expected average spend of 278 euros per person in 2020.
