Late or non-delivery of online shopping orders in the U.S. 2017 This statistic presents the frequency of online orders being delivered late or not at all according to online shoppers in the United States as of November 2017. According to Loqate, a GBG solution, 30 percent of survey respondents stated that a late or non-delivery had occurred a couple of times in the last year and five percent of respondents stated this had happened more than five times. However, a further 32 percent of respondents stated that they had not experienced a late or non-delivery in the past year.
