Latin America: Black Friday & Cyber Monday awareness

On average, nearly nine out of ten consumers in Brazil, Chile, and Mexico in November 2021 stated that they knew what Black Friday is. Awareness was lower for Cyber Monday, with nearly two-thirds of respondents in these three Latin American countries saying they had heard of the event. In Brazil, all participants said they had heard of Black Friday, while, in Colombia, more than three-quarters (78 percent) reported being familiar with Cyber Monday.
