U.S. buyer expectation if brands get their addresses wrong 2017-2018
This statistic presents the expectations of internet users in the United States if brands get their address wrong. According to the findings, in 2017, 35 percent of respondents stated that they expected nothing from the brand if they got their address incorrect during the delivery process. However, by 2018 this share had dropped by 26 percentage points. In 2018, only nine percent of respondents held similar views and 53 percent expected brands to reroute their package.
