Number of packages delivered during holiday season Netherlands 2017-2019, by company
During the holiday season of 2019, it is estimated that that PostNL will process and deliver 55 million packages, which is five million more than in the previous year. This is mainly due to the increasing popularity of Black Friday. DHL saw the number of packages delivered increase as well, from 16.8 million in 2018 to an estimate of 20 million in 2019.
