In 2017, more women than men were employed in pharmacies, and there were more women than men in all professions in pharmacies. Most women, 3,299, were pharmacy technicians. Among the men, 93 were pharmacy technicians. Most men employed in pharmacies, 560, held a Masters of Pharmacy. Among the women, 1,553 held a Masters of Pharmacy.
