Share of population in long-term illness in Sweden 2018, by gender and education

Among women who stated to be in long-term illness in Sweden in 2018, the share was decreasing by higher educational level. For women with a primary education, 45.7 percent stated to be in long-term illness, while among women with higher education, the share was 37.6 percent. The corresponding figures for men in these education categories, was 34.8 percent for men with primary education, and 31 percent among men with higher education.
