Italy: consumers awareness on olive oil quality 2016

The statistic shows the results of a survey on olive oil consumers' attitudes in Italy in 2016. According to the study, 87 percent of respondents thought that olive oil was an essential ingredient in a healthy diet, and 73 percent of respondents believed to be very demanding in terms of the quality of the olive oil they purchased.
