Health spending in Peru as share of GDP 2010-2020
In 2020, spending on health represented approximately 6.3 percent of Peru's gross domestic product (GDP), reaching the highest figure during the decade. At the beginning of the period, Peru allocated around 4.7 percent of its GDP to health care. Meanwhile, Paraguay's health care expenditure accounted for about 7.58 percent of its GDP in 2020.
