Pharmacies' involvement in prevention and screening campaigns in Italy 2018
A survey conducted in 2018 investigated the share of pharmacies involved in prevention and screening campaigns in Italy. According to data, 76 percent of the pharmacies of the sample were involved in marketing activities related to screening and prevention campaigns launched by regional and local healthcare authorities. In addition, 63 percent of pharmacies were more actively included in these kinds of campaigns by offering services and screening tests.
