Bolivia: sunflower seeds cultivated area 2009-2019
The area cultivated with sunflower seeds in Bolivia has considerably decreased over the course of the past decade. In crop year 2018/2019, the area cultivated with this crop amounted to less than 110 thousand hectares, down from a decade record of more than 285 thousand hectares in 2012/13. The production of sunflower seeds in Bolivia has followed a similar trend.
