Italy: improvement suggestions for online banking services 2018

This statistic illustrates the results of a survey conducted in Italy in 2018 regarding the areas of online banking that could be improved. While 37 percent of respondents declared to be satisfied with their bank's online services as they were, 34 percent stated they would have liked to see better customer support. Furthermore, about a quarter of respondents were dissatisfied with the perceived small range of online services offered by their bank.
