Japan: perception of online attack as act of war 2018

This statistic presents the results of a survey on the Japanese perception of an online attack as an act of war as of November 2018. According to data published by Ipsos, around 66 percent of respondents in Japan agreed that if one country attacked another online, it would be reasonable to treat it as an act of war. Approximately 16 percent of respondents strongly agreed with this statement.
