In Europe, the highest number of asset managers can be found in the UK, France and Germany due to the importance of their financial centers in London, Paris and Frankfurt. In 2017, the leading asset manager from Belgium was Candriam Investors Group, a pan-European asset manager which specializes in fixed income and equities, with 112 billion euros worth of assets worldwide.
