APAC: perceived expected change in availability of debt and equity finance 2021

In a survey conducted in 2020, regarding the expected change in availability of debt and equity finance in the real estate market in the Asia Pacific region in 2021, respondents stated that equity for refinancing or new investment had the highest chance of an increase, scoring it 5.47 out of nine. Comparatively, respondents stated debt for development in the Asia Pacific region would stay the same in 2021, scoring it just under five points.
