The statistic depicts the number of votes cast on the presidential elections held in El Salvador on February 3rd, 2019. On that day, more than 2.7 million votes were considered valid, whereas over 26 thousand were null and almost two thousand were challenged ballots. Nayib Armando Bukele Ortez, representing the political party Grand Alliance for National Unity (GANA) - was elected the new Salvadoran president, having obtained around 1.4 million votes.
