On average, 45 percent of facilities from the commercial catering industry offered organic products to their customers in France in 2019. That year, hotels were the type of establishments that offered organic products the most, and more than a third of bars provided organic options on their menus. These organic options varied from organic ingredients to entirely organic menus.
