Restaurants noticing an extra cost after introducing organic products in France 2019

Opinions seem to be mixed on the matter of including organic items in restaurants' menus. Indeed, according to more than half of the catering businesses that decided to implement organic options, taking such measures did not cause an extra cost. However, 43 percent of restaurants stated that it did.
Nonetheless, there is no doubt that the organic food market is generally developing in France.

Was there an extra cost related to the introduction of organic products?
