Cumulative risk of developing cancer in Sweden 2018, by age and gender

The risk of developing cancer under the age of 25 years in Sweden as of 2018 was 0.5 percent for both men and women. The risk was slightly higher among women than men, except for between 65 to 75 years, where the risk was higher among men. For men older than 65, but under the age of 75, the cumulative risk of developing cancer was 31.2 percent. For women in the same age group, the risk was 27.8 percent.
