U.S. online user money saving strategies while shopping 2018, by age
This statistic presents the ways in which internet users in the United States save money during their shopping journey as of March 2018, sorted by age group. According to the findings, 86 percent of respondents between the ages of 18 to 28 years stated that during their shopping journey they would try new lower-priced brand alternatives instead of higher-priced ones as a way to save money, while in comparison only 72 percent of respondents between the ages of 63-72 years reported similar responses.
