Growth of foreign tourist arrivals to Bali, Indonesia 2011-2022
In comparison to the same period the previous year, foreign visitor arrivals in Bali increased significantly after Indonesia reopened Bali to fully vaccinated international tourists in February 2022. In 2021, the decrease of foreign tourist arrivals to Bali was 100 percent as it closed its doors to foreign tourists in April 2021. Bali's tourism has suffered as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, and the island remained inaccessible to international travelers for almost a year.
