Inbound tourism by air to Bonaire 2012-2021
The number of inbound tourists arriving in Bonaire by air nearly doubled in 2021 over the previous year. Tourist arrivals by air had decreased by around 58 percent in 2020, most likely due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Despite the positive growth in air arrivals in 2021, Bonaire did not reach pre-pandemic levels of tourists flying into the Caribbean island that year.
