Mexico: tourism contribution to GDP 2010-2018

From 2010 to 2018, the participation of the tourism sector to the GDP in Mexico fluctuated between 8.2 and 8.8. The lowest point was reached in 2011 and 2012, while 2015 saw the highest contribution of tourism to GDP in the Latin American country. For 2017 and 2018, the share of contribution of the tourism sector to the GDP in Mexico was estimated at 8.7 percent.
