Focus of proptech startups on property asset types worldwide H1 2022
The largest share of proptech startup CEOs who participated in the survey in the first half of 2022 were targeting multifamily residential real estate. About 35 percent of the respondents said that they were targeting assets in that sector for commercial deployment, whereas only 10 percent percent said the same of office real estate.
