Asking rent per square foot of MOBs in selected markets in the U.S. 2019-2020
The asking rent per square foot of medical office buildings decreased in most of the major markets in the United States between 2019 and 2020. In 2020, the market with the highest rent was Los Angeles at 34.4 U.S. dollars per square foot, followed by Boston with 27.6 U.S. dollars per square foot.
