When 30-60 percent of the kitchen's food and beverage purchases are organic, the restaurant can get the Organic Cuisine Label in bronze. To get the label in silver, it has to be documented that 60-90 percent of the food and beverage purchases are organic. If the organic share is between 90-100 percent and there is an existing emergency plan, which describes what to do if the food and beverages can't be obtained organically, the golden label is handed out.
