Threatened endemic plant species in Peru by type 2019

As of December 2019, nearly 30 endemic species of cactus in Peru were deemed threatened, as per the IUCN Red List. Furthermore, four endemic species of magnolia were under threat as well. Overall, a total of 37 plant species in Peru were considered critically endangered.
