This statistic shows the number of new cases of brain and central nervous system cancer among children in Sweden in 2017, by gender and age group. More girls than boys had cancer in the younger years from zero to four, but in the later years more boys than girls got brain and central nervous system cancer. The highest number of new cases were found among boys from 10 to 14 years, where it amounted to 4.4 cases per hundred thousand.
