This statistic displays the opinions on the improvement of the financial situation of ordinary people in last 20 years in the Netherlands in 2018. Respondents taking part in this survey were asked whether they believe that in the last 20 years, the financial situation of average people in the Netherlands has improved or not. Just under half of the survey participants stated to believe that the situation today is better than the situation 20 years ago.
