During the two periods surveyed, the incumbent Joko Widodo and his vice-president nominee saw their extrapolated electability decrease from 61.7 percent as of October 2018 to 56.8 percent as of March 2019. In comparison, their opponent Prabowo Subianto and running mate saw their extrapolated electability increase to 43.2 percent as of March 2019, from 38.3 percent in October 2018.
