In 2020, Central Luzon had the highest number of building permits issued for non-residential buildings in the Philippines. In that year, the number of non-residential building permits in the region reached over 2.6 thousand. Central Luzon is located north of Manila and includes the provinces of Bulacan, Bataan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, and Zambales.
