Europe: CEPI paper & board production 1991- 2022

Members of the Confederation of European Pulp and Paper Industries' (CEPI) produced 85 million metric tons of paper and board in 2022. The lowest value in recent years. Production in 2020 was impacted by the outbreak COVID-19, resulting in a number of paper mills to suspend production. This saw production drop five percent that year.
