This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted in November 2017 in Japan about average daily fat intake of women, broken down by age group. During the surveyed period, women aged 20 to 29 years showed on average the highest daily fat consumption with around 58.3 grams per day. In contrast, the fat intake of female consumers over 80 years amounted to about 44.5 grams per day.
