Concerns on voice shopping according to online buyers in the U.S. 2020
In a 2020 survey, 40 percent of U.S. online shoppers said their concern when using voice shopping was the difficulty of browsing for products. The same percentage of respondents said the negative aspect of this shopping channel was inadequate search results or items purchased. Safety concerns were also a top concern, with 31 percent of web shoppers feeling uneasy about general privacy and 27 percent worried about the security of their financial data.
