Peru: reasons for not buying online in Lima & Callao 2019

During a 2019 survey, 55 percent of respondents from the Lima metropolitan region and the city of Callao in Peru stated that the main reason why they had never purchased anything online was because they did not trust that they would actually receive the product they ordered. Meanwhile, 29 percent of those surveyed said they did not know how to buy online.
