Summary of Findings

This survey was published by the National Sleep Foundation in 2010, and has been conducted by WB&A Market Research in September 2009. It includes a lot of information on the sleeping behavior of U.S. Americans. Sleep and health are connected with several subtopics like mood, exercise activities, body mass index, food consumption, alcohol and tobacco usage etc. A special focus in this edition is given on the topic "Sleep and Ethnicity".
