This report investigates the adoption of cryptocurrencies among consumers across several countries worldwide for 2021. It does this by weighing several metrices in an index formula, with the goal of quantifying any differences countries across the globe in adopting the digital currencies.

This report is the second iteration of its kind, and features an important methodology change from 2020: A metric called "Number of deposits by country weighted by number of internet users" was removed entirely.
